At Hot Bed Customs, we will carefully select the most suitable courier service for your product, ensuring a safe and timely arrival. Please note that delivery costs are determined according to various factors, including the size, quantity, weight, and the destination postcode of the products. We aim to provide efficient processing and shipping for all orders. Typically, orders are processed within 5 business days due to the made to order nature of most products and if the item is in stock, it is shipped the same or next day.


Every package leaving HBC facilities undergoes careful packaging, insulation, and additional inspection for accuracy and quality control. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process. If a package appears damaged, we advise recipients to inspect it in the presence of the carrier before signing. Any concerns regarding damaged items must be directed to the relevant courier service by the buyer.
